Hon'ble Dr. Justice Devendra Kumar Arora
Dr. Justice Devendra Kumar Arora Graduated in Law from Lucknow University in the year 1982. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law (D.L.L.) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi in the year 1984 and also did his Post Graduation in Law (LL.M.) in the session (1983-85) from University of Lucknow. He was awarded 'PanditJagmohanNathChak Memorial Gold Medal' for obtaining highest marks in Constitutional Law in LL.M. examination of 1985 by the University of Lucknow.
He was admitted to the Degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) by the University of Lucknow in the year 2013. He was awarded Jagdish Prasad Legal Research Gold Medal for the year 2013 by the University of Lucknow.
He is author of few books like "The Major Civil Manual" (2016) and "Criminal Code of India" (two volumes) published in 2019.
He enrolled as an Advocate on Feb. 12, 1983. He practiced in Service, Constitutional, Educational, Contract and Land Acquisition matters at Allahabad High Court, Allahabad as well as Lucknow and Supreme Court.
He served as Addl. Advocate General of the State of U.P. till elevation. He also worked as Addl. C.S.C. and S.C., Government of U.P. & S.C. for the Chancellor/Visitor, U.P. State Universities since 1995 and Special Counsel for the H.E. Governor's Secretariat.
He served as Standing Counsel for U.P. Higher Education Service Commission, Allahabad and for SGPGI of Medical Sciences, Lucknow from, 1993 to 2004.
He also worked as Senior Counsel for Civil Aviation Department, U.P., Noida, Scooter India Limited.
He worked as Standing Counsel for Agra, Jhansi, Faizabad and Gorakhpur Universities.
Dr. Justice Devendra Kumar Arora was elevated as Additional Judge of Allahabad High Court on Apr 13, 2009. He took oath as permanent Judge on Dec. 24, 2010 and retired on 19.06.2019. He was chairman of Advisory Board (NSA detentions). He was also a member of the Mediation and Conciliation committee.
Hon'ble Dr. Justice Devendra Kumar Arora was appointed as first Chairman of U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal on 20.07.2019 after notification of UP REAT on 30.03.2019.
Mr. Tej Bahadur Singh
Shri TejBahadur Singh did B.Sc. from Gorakhpur University in the year 1976 and LL.B. from Allahabad University in the year 1979 and LL.M. from Allahabad University ( 1981â??1982).
He served as Assistant Professor, Law in Sagar University, Sagar (M.P.) from 25.08.1983 to 17.08.1987. Shri TejBahadur Singh served as District & Sessions Judge in Uttar Pradesh.
He also served as Registrar, U.P. State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow. He served as Dy. Director, Administration, Institute of Judicial Training & Research, Lucknow, U.P. He also served as Chairman, District Consumer Forum, Sultanpur and Barabanki Shri TejBahadur Singh was appointed as Judicial Member, U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Lucknow on 22.09.2018. He was ActingChairman of U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Lucknow from 30.03.2019 to 21.07.2019.
Shri TejBahadur Singhhas written several books like -- Development of Legal Aid in India (English), Child Labour Abuse in India (English), Law, Moral, Judges and Justice (English), UpbhoktaSanrakshanAdhiniyam: EkParichay (Hindi), VidhiManthan (Hindi), YatharthkeSwar- Part 1 & 2.
He has also written several articles like -- Principle of Separation of Powers, Girl Child : Right to Education still a far cry in India, Juvenile Evidence a Critical Assessment, Legal aid in India: A profile, Trial by Newspaper, Identification by Sniffer Dogs: A Fragile Piece of Evidence, Aavashyaktahai : Rikshachalakonkeliyebhikanoon banana ki (Hindi), NaarikaPratibimbSahityakeAaine me (Hindi), Hindi kevikas me Sanvidhanikprayas (Hindi), etc. Shri TejBahadur Singh was awarded with Shrestha "Raj Puraskar" in the year 2007 by VidhiEvamNyayMantralay Government of India for his Book UpbhoktaSanrakshanAdhiniyam: EkParichay.
His name is recorded in "India Book of Records" and "Asia Book of Records" in the year 2016 for disposal of maximum number of matrimonial cases in India.
He has received several certificates of appreciation for Honesty, Integrity, Punctuality and dedication towards his duties. He was also awarded guest of Honour by Sri Ram Law College, Muzaffarnagar.
Mr. Rajiv Misra
Shri Rajiv Mishra has long experience of Management and Administration while working on Indian Railways for over 38 years before his superannuation in March, 2017 from the post of General Manager (G.M.) North Eastern Railway (N.E.R.). As GM/NER, he was instrumental in execution of a large number of Gauge conversions, Electrification and Doubling projects, besides safety and passenger amenity works.
He is credited with setting up of a Railway Workshop at Harnaut (Bihar) and for operationalisation of a Rail Wheel Plant at Chhapra (Bihar) during 2011-2014.
He has published several reports on Railway Technology and Management.
Sri Rajiv Misra, holds a prestigious Management degree from the premium India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Besides, he holds bachelor degree from Institution of Engineers (India) in two Engineering disciplines and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from C.E.I. (London).
He is a life member of All India Management Association and a "Chartered Engineer" & a fellow of Institution of Engineers (India).
He has travelled to U.K., Germany, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Italy, U.S.A. and Mexico to study technology and management of Railway systems abroad. Sri Misra was appointed as Administrative Member of U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal on 22.09.2018.
Mr. Kamal Kant Jain
Shri Kamal Kant Jain has more than 25 years of experience in Accountancy, Auditing, Industrial Management, Industrial Reconstruction and Administration, Finance and Law & holding a B Com (H), LLB and Chartered Accountant Degree.
Shri Kamal Kant Jain has practiced as Chartered Accountant for a long time, Shri Kamal Kant Jain has also worked in varied professional capacities with top Public Sector undertakings, Banks, Financial Institutions and Industrial Houses of India.
He was Director of few companies engaged in the business of Information Technology, Agriculture, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
He was also a partner & Managing Committee Member of an affordable housing project under joint venture with a Central Government company.
He has tried to disseminate the principle of equity and natural justice and he has been thoroughly involved in social activities that advocate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Shri Kamal Kant Jain developed the unique concept of social currency to reward and encourage selfless social deeds through a portal called "Sociorich", to achieve his goal of promoting social justice.
He was also promoter of a portal for alternate dispute resolution. Shri Kamal Kant was appointed as Technical Member of U.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal on 22.09.2018.
